Next up on the 100%% Pure digital series we welcome back EMMANUEL. Its no surprise that in 2007, at only 20 years, Emmanuel Beddewela already felt at home performing at the DJ decks in Japan, Spain and Italy. Born in Greece, with family roots in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, he then moved in his early years to Milan. His multicultural journey has been a rich source of inspiration, gaining him a passport to the global clubs. Emmanuel believes that “a true artist is the one who stands out from the crowd. He showed us his unique work with earlier releases on 100%% Pure: the Coffee Shop EP in January 2011 and Octopus EP in October of that year. Now he’s back and he has produced a hard pumpin EP, dark and heavy, but full of surprises.
